Ubisoft wanted an influencer event. We built a pirate takeover.
90 guests. A 17th-century tall ship at Batavialand. Canon fire to kick things off. A live pirate party singing sea shanties on deck. Sword fighting. Airbrush tattoos. A full Golden Age buffet. We handled everything. Concept, production, talent, logistics, crew, catering, decor, AV, the works. The gaming setup lived on the gun deck, where guests could go hands-on with AC Black Flag while 17th-century actors roamed the ship around them. The evening ended with goodie bags stuffed with pirate loot.
Every single detail was built around one idea: don’t just promote the game, make people feel like they’re living in it.
The result? One of the most successful influencer events Ubisoft has ever hosted. Mountains of organic content. And 90 people who will not shut up about the night they boarded a pirate ship.
